Parents of students at local schools can use this page to create memberships for their children. Library cards will be sent directly to the student’s school for teachers to distribute.
The school you select will have access to the student’s first name, the first letter of their surname, their library card number, school and grade, which will travel over the internet. This limited set of information does not include their surname, address or date of birth. It is provided simply so the school can match the library card number to the student, enabling the use of the library from the classroom. With a library card your child receives free access to many learning and literacy skill-building resources which schools build into their curriculum.
